Mekong Pandaw
Ship Overview
Operated by: Pandaw
Built in Yangon (Myanmar) in 2003, Mekong Pandaw was designed and purpose-built for cruising on the mighty Mekong River.
During a major refurbishment in 2012, Mekong Pandaw was completely refitted, with all cabins on the lower deck removed, and replaced by extra guest services including a professional spa, gym, library lounge and office. Now, accommodating just 48 guests in 24 rooms, Mekong Pandaw is quite justifiably one of the most splendid ships on the Mekong and the envy of anything that floats by. Facilities on board include a spacious 750 square metre sundeck, complete with multiple furnishing options and even a billiard table. The library and lounge areas offer a quiet place to relax and take in the views as the ship winds its way through Vietnam and Cambodia, whilst the stylish dining room hosts buffet breakfasts and lunches, along with table service dinners.
Onboard space is the hallmark of the Mekong Pandaw however, with wider promenades, a larger dining room and more spacious public areas per passenger than any other ship currently operating the Mekong River.
