Dining

Diversity is pleased to announce that award-winning chef Dany Angove is the new head chef for Diversity Charters (he even travels on many of the cruises himself!). With a great passion for fine food, seafood and wine, Dany has been in the position of Head Chef at Leeuwin Estate since June 2007. He is renowned for utilising regional produce in his 'paddock to plate or 'ocean to table' philosophy to create a first class culinary experience. He is excited to work closely with you and your choice of wines to create a delicious menu under an unforgettable Kimberley backdrop.

Diversity's menus have been carefully crafted to showcase the very best of local Kimberley seafood and in season fresh produce. The chef will also be delighted to incorporate your 'catch of the day' into the menu where possible. Rather than offering buffet style dining, most meals aboard Diversity are cooked to order and served directly to the table.

A note about alcohol...

Diversity is not licensed to sell alcohol however they will be happy to order your preferred beverages and have them chilled aboard the ship awaiting your arrival. Simply notify us of your requested beverages at least four weeks prior to your cruise and these will be ordered for you from the bottle shop in Broome. A credit card will be required to facilitate payment.

Features

MV Diversity III features multiple living areas so there’s always a perfect spot to unwind after a day on the water. The well-appointed lounge is fully air-conditioned to give respite on hot Kimberley days and is the perfect location to grab a book and watch the beautiful landscape pass you by.

There's also three separate dining areas: the interior, the back deck and the sundeck. After a day out on the water, MV Diversity III becomes a sanctuary, a space where you can relax, unwind and re-energise with sumptuous gourmet meals.

A unique feature to Diversity III, the multipurpose sundeck is a great vantage point for scenic cruising, whale spotting and watching the famous Kimberley sunsets with a drink in hand.
